Puddin has had a rough journey to get to us, she arrived on January 13th 2019. Puddin was first brought to our attention in early October when she was consigned to the Lolli Brothers Auction in Macon, Missouri, by Burton Sipp. Her last race was September 12th 2018 at Presque Island Downs where she finished 5th nearly 10 Lengths behind the leader, earning her $300 for her effort.
Puddins final race record is 11:1-2-1 LTE $19,250. Goodin Puddin
She was breed by Thomas G McClay (PABRED 05/2015), and born at WynOaks Farm in Delta Pennsylvania, where her breeder boarded his broodmares. She was sold during the 2016 Fasig Tipton October Yearling sale (H371), for $8000.
Puddin has a chip in her knee making her pasture sound until surgery can be completed (and funds raised). Once surgery is completed the vet is hopeful that she will be able to return to normal activities.
I was first introduced to Puddin in early October, I helped share her hoping that she would end up in a good home after the Lolli Bro Auction in early Nov.She sold for $710 to a person who either worked for the Lonestar Pen or flipped her very quickly as she appeared on their facebook page 2 days after the sale. She was bailed & entered QT, but due to a knee chip was listed for sale before she even completed QT. After a couple post/discussions with her purchaser she was removed from being for sale & her owner launched a GoFundMe to assist in surgery cost. However due to time constraints (purchaser is wanting to compete RRP_TBMakeover) & not being able to raise the funds for the surgery. Puddin was relisted for sale on December 15th for $1800 by Christmas her price had dropped to $1000. We are perfectly fine with her being a pasture puff until surgery can be afforded. After her purchaser reached out to the prior owner (Equibase connections) it was discovered that Sipp had recieved her sometime after her last start but before her being consigned to the auction. He recieved her after promising connections he would provide the surgery & time to recover with the future plan of possibly returning to race.

QUIET RENDITION has foaled 6 other foals to our knowledge only, GOODIN PUDDIN is her only winner.
Is Goodin Pudding still part of the herd??
Yes, she is still with us, due to ongoing issues with her Right front leg she will remain with us indefinetly. She spent some time a couple years ago in EDSS Steward Cloggs for Lamanitis and P3 Sinkage, her leg will also occasionally swell up we have yet to discover the cause as it currently appears random. Our vet originally belived injections would work for her knee but now it is looking like we will have to move forward with the surgery for her to return to riding soundness.
